An Indusrial Park is located in the southeast portion of the City.  The Park is owned by Linn County and serviced by La Cygne City utilities of water, natural gas, and sewer.  Currently the Park is home to Reed Minerals, La Cygne Ready Mix, Midwest Wood, United Wholesale, D-C Fencing, and Mid-Am Hydraulics.  A spur off the Burlington Northern Rail Road serves rail needs.

Four lane U.S. 69 access to the Kansas City Metro Area, low taxes, and a reliable work force make La Cygne an attractive place to start or relocate your business.
