Two parks for your enjoyment are located in the City.  The LaCygne Community Park and Pool is the main park and is located in the southwest corner of town.  Turn south on 1st street and you will drive into the complex.  The complex offers swimming, lighted tennis courts, camping hook up's, soccer and baseball fields, playground areas, picnic facilities, shelter house, and asphalt streets for walking.

The Community Park plays host to youth soccer in the fall and spring plus summer ball activities on its lighted softball/baseball field.  A park board comprised of five members oversee the operation and maintenance of the LaCygne Community Park.

Bittiker Park, a smaller park located on North Broadway, provides enjoyment for families by providing play equipment, basketball goals, picnic tables and a small shelter house.  Bittiker Park is operated and maintained by the Governing Body of the City.

Those Lazy Hazy Days of Summer will find kids and adults alike enjoying the cool clean waters of the LaCygne Pool.  The happy sounds of laughter and splashing water coupled with the mixed aroma of cocoa butter and sunburns are an annual rite of summer eagerly anticipated and celebrated annually at the LaCygne Pool.
