La Harper Heights Apartments is now hiring maintenance personnel to work at their location at 801 Elm Street, La Cygne. Sealed bids/applications are being accepted for a contractual maintenance person for a 31-unit USDA-subsidized complex for the local elderly and disabled. This job is for approximately 15 hours per week. Job duties vary based on season and vacancies but include general maintenance. A specific job description will be given upon request. 

Applications can be submitted to the La Cygne City Hall or dropped off at the La Harper Heights Office (located at the apartments). Bids/applications will be accepted until September 1, 2022. They must include the rate for work. The position will be available to start in the middle of September.
