As an authorized representative of the group requesting use of the building and pool, I hereby agree to the conditions and will accept the responsibility of ensuring group compliance with
all la Cygne Swimming Pool rules and regulations.
I understand that La Cygne Pool has the right to refuse or discontinue this or any other agreement with an individual, group, or organization making a reservation without any notice or warning if the pool staff feels that the individual, group, or organization does not meet the goals and mission statement of the La Cygne Swimming Pool.
