Party Rental Policy:
• All Payments must be made in advance.
• The Staff must receive notice of cancellation at least 4 hours prior to your event in order to receive a full refund or to reschedule. The Lifeguard Staff will wait for ½ hour for the group to arrive for the event. NO SHOW, NO CALL, NO REFUND.
Weather Policy:
The water and air temperature must be at 72 degrees in order for the pool to be opened. If the pool must be closed due to inclement weather or temperatures, the staff will contact you well in advance to cancel and/or reschedule your event. If you choose not reschedule then you will be given a full refund of your fee.
• If severe weather arises during your event, then the following policy applies:
1. If ½ of the time or under was achieved prior to the weather, you will receive a full refund or may reschedule the remaining time.
2. If over ½ of the time was achieved prior to the weather, you will not receive a refund.
Private Party Rules:
1. PROPER SWIMMING ATTIRE MUST BE WORN. No Metal Rivets or buckles on suit.
2. Patrons with Flu/Diarrheal symptoms must abstain from swimming for at least 24 hours.
3. All entries into the pool from the sides must be feet first – NO Diving.
4. No food or drink allowed in the pool.
5. Alcohol is prohibited on the premises at the La Cygne Swimming Pool.
6. No smoking inside the premises of the La Cygne Swimming Pool.
7. No climbing on lifelines, lane ropes, bollards.
8. No dunking, sitting on shoulders or rough play is allowed.
9. No Profanity or Swearing.
10. No running.
11. Concession Stand will not be available during Private Parties.
12. Staff reserves the right to dismiss a patron from the premises if they are displaying inappropriate behavior.
