 Earlier this month La Cygne Mayor Debra Wilson met with Keith Stoker to officially thank him for his service on the City Council. Stoker, who sat on the council from January 8, 2018 to May 4, 2020, received one of the local banners celebrating La Cygne's sesquicentennial (150th) anniversary. Stoker told the council that although a new job is the primary factor in stepping down form his position, he will continue to be a part of the community.
