City Projects Open for Bids

Demolition of 612 N 8th St.

The City of La Cygne is accepting bids for the demolition, removal and disposal of property located at 612 N 8th Street in the City of La Cygne, Kansas. The disposal/dumping fee at the Linn County Landfill has been waived for this project. Approximate dimensions of the structure are: 1,134 sq feet. The total lot size is approximately 16,660 sq feet. The sealed bids will be opened and read during the City Council Meeting scheduled for 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 5, 2021 at the La Cygne Community Building. Bid specifications can be found in the link below. Bids will be accepted until 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 4, 2021.
