REQUEST TO CALL SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING

We, the undersigned council members of the City of La Cygne, Kansas, hereby respectfully requested to call a special meeting of the Council, to be held at the La Cygne Community Building on Thursday, November 2, 2023, commencing at 5:30 p.m. for:
- Hofer & Hofer Associates, Pay application No. 4 in the amount of $237,701.70 for the period to 10/31/2023.
- Review and Discuss Community Thanksgiving Dinner (November 18, 2023).
- Amending the 2023 Budget Hearing Publication.
I have made an effort to contact all members of the council for this meeting and have attempted to notify the local newspaper reporters of same. I have also contacted as many citizens as could be contacted, within the time allowed.
